Administration and Notification Process. 1. WTC shall have the right to select the Settlement Administrator. The entity WTC designates as Settlement Administrator shall be subject to Court approval. The Settlement Administrator shall be responsible for all matters relating to the administration of this Agreement, as set forth herein. Those responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing notice, obtaining new addresses for returned mail, setting up and maintaining a Settlement Website, fielding inquiries about the Settlement, acting as a liaison between the Settlement Class Members and the Parties, making distributions to Settlement Class Members who are not current members of WTC, and any other tasks reasonably required to effectuate the foregoing. The Settlement Administrator shall provide monthly updates on the claims status to counsel for all Parties.
