Adjustments; Procedures for Payment. The amounts of all of the liquidated damages set forth in Clauses 9.4.1 through 9.4.4 shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with Schedule 6 and shall be payable in Dollars (or the equivalent Jamaican Dollars) using the Invoice Exchange Rate for Liquidated Damages. Liquidated damages arising under Clause 9.4.4 shall be billed and paid in accordance with the provisions of Clause 9.5. Liquidated damages arising under Clauses 9.4.1 through 9.4.3 shall be billed and paid in accordance with the provisions of Clause 9.6.
