ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Apartment, if any, in his/her name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee allottee against the Apartment, if any, in his/her name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust , appropriate all payments made by him/her her/them under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Apartment, if any, in his/her her/their name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his his/her/their payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee allottee against the Apartment, Apartment if any, in his/her name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee allottee against the [Apartment/Plot], Residential / Non Residential / Building / Apartment / Plot if any, in his/her name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. 4.1 The Allottee authorizes the Promoter to adjust and appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Allotted Apartment, if any, in his/her name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter to adjust his payments in any other manner.

The Allottee authorizes the Promoter No.2 to adjust adjust/appropriate all payments made by him/her the Allottee under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee against the Apartment, if any, in his/her the Allottee’s name and the Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Promoter No.2 to adjust his payments in any manner.

The Allottee authorizes Allottee(s) authorize(s) the Promoter to adjust appropriate all payments made by him/him / her / them under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the Allottee Allottee(s) against the Apartment, said Apartment if any, in his/his / her / their name and the Allottee undertakes Allottee(s) undertake(s) not to object/demand/object / demand / direct the Promoter to adjust his such payments in any other manner.
