Adjunct Faculty Member. A person who is employed in a faculty position for not more than a sixty- seven percent (67%) workload and who has not obtained first-year contract, second-year contract, third and fourth year contract, or tenured status.

The deadline for submission of the form will be provided by the Area ▇▇▇▇ and on each college’s website. The form must be submitted to the appropriate Area ▇▇▇▇ at each college where the adjunct faculty member wishes to receive an assignment. Those adjunct faculty members who submit the form to the appropriate Area ▇▇▇▇ by the deadline will be notified no later than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the semester of requested assignment if they are not to be sent a Tentative Class Schedule. Such notification will be (1) by District mail, (2) by U.S. Mail using the address provided on the Faculty Availability / Preference Form, or (3) by email using the faculty member’s Los ▇▇▇▇ email address. 4.10.4 The Tentative Class Schedule form in use will not be changed without LRCFT approval.
