Test Technician, Spray Painter, Welder, Mechanic, Hydraulic- Pneumatic, Electronics Technician - $0.75 per hour premium above employees’ job classification rate or more depending on employee’s abilities as assessed by the company. Note: Promotion or permanent transfer from one classification to another shall take place pursuant to Article 11.
