ADDITIONAL SERVICES; IN GENERAL. 1) Not Allowed when Correcting an Error, Omission or is Already Part of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement, the DESIGNER shall not be entitled to any additional compensation or to have any work considered as an additional service when such work is being performed in order to resolve an error or omission of the DESIGNER or is otherwise required to meet the terms of this Agreement.
