Common use of Additional Service Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Additional Service Guidelines. DSI reserves the right to establish or modify general practices and limits concerning use of the Service. DSI shall use reasonable efforts to provide thirty (30) days’ prior notice of any such modification. DSI also reserves the right to block IP addresses originating a Denial of Service (DoS) attack. DSI shall notify Subscriber should this condition exist and inform Subscriber of its action. Once blocked, an IP address shall not be able to access the Service or API and the block may be removed once DSI is satisfied corrective action has taken place to resolve the issue.
