Additional Prohibitions. In accordance with applicable law, neither the Employer(s) nor the Union shall discriminate in a manner which would violate federal or state laws against any employee covered by this Agreement because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, religion, mental or physical handicaps, political beliefs, marital status, union activities or non-union activities.
