Additional Pricing. Hourly Rate for Services Not Specified but Provided by Service Provider Employees (including but not limited to modifications, consulting, exit strategy development, transition, etc.) are documented below. Such services will be provided solely at the Service Provider’s discretion. Service Provider is not obligated to provide additional services not specified in this agreement. The employee category is defined by the Service Provider. The rates documented below shall be commercially reasonable and designated by the Service Provider, closest to its current cost to provide the service.
