BUNDLE PRICING Clause Samples

The Bundle Pricing clause defines how products or services are offered together at a combined price, rather than individually. This clause typically specifies which items are included in the bundle, how the total price is calculated, and any conditions or limitations on the bundled offer. For example, it may state that purchasing a software suite as a bundle is less expensive than buying each program separately. The core function of this clause is to provide clarity on pricing structures, ensuring both parties understand the cost benefits and terms associated with bundled offerings.
