Common use of Additional Positions Clause in Contracts

Additional Positions. The Board will consider additional activities, upon presentation in writing, through the superintendent, of a proposal for said activity. 1. If approved, such positions will be subject to all provisions and conditions of this Article, plus any additional stipulations considered appropriate to the position. 2. Compensation for such positions will be established on a flat dollar rate and will not be tied to the salary schedule of the District. 3. Any activity which any persons have conducted prior to Board approval and without discussion with, and written approval of, the Superintendent or his designee need not be considered for compensation for any and/or all expenditures prior to the next school year. The District will incur no liabilities for the year, or part thereof, during which such activity was conducted without approval.
