Retail Locations. You may promote Scentsy’s opportunity and collect orders with a Promotional Display. You may NOT offer Scentsy products for sale on a cash-and-carry basis in any Retail Location. Retail Locations. As set forth in more detail in Section 3 below, the Institution hereby grants to the Operator the exclusive right and license to operate the Regular Retail Locations and the Event Retail Locations during the Term (as defined herein). The Retail Locations shall be branded as “The Auburn Team Shop,” or such other branding as may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties. The foregoing right and license grant includes the exclusive right for the Operator to (a) sell Licensed Merchandise and Institution Sourced Merchandise at the Retail Locations, and (b) conduct any and all advertising, marketing and promotional activities related thereto; provided, however, that the foregoing right and license grant shall not prevent the Institution from allowing other advertising, marketing and promotional activities at or in the vicinity of the Retail Locations.
Retail Locations. The Business is currently conducted by the Seller at a minimum of 775 retail locations. As of the date hereof, to the Knowledge of the Seller, no such retail location intends to terminate Seller’s right to conduct the Business at such retail location.

AEHC has delivered to Global a true, correct and complete list, as of the date hereof, of (i) all real property owned and operated by Alliance or the Alliance Subsidiaries as retail gas stations (“COCO”), (ii) all real property leased and operated by Alliance or the Alliance Subsidiaries as retail gas stations (“CLCO”), (iii) all real property owned by Alliance or the Alliance Subsidiaries and leased to lessee dealers (“CODL”), (iv) all real property leased by Alliance or the Alliance Subsidiaries and subleased to lessee dealers (“CLDL”), (v) all real property owned by Alliance or the Alliance Subsidiaries and leased to commissioned agents (“COCA”), (vi) all real property leased by Alliance or the Alliance Subsidiaries and subleased to commissioned agents (“CLCA”), (vii) all supply-only contracts with dealers who own or lease and operate their own location (“DC”) and (viii) all commission-only contracts with commissioned agents who own or lease their own locations (“CAO” and, collectively with the COCO, CLCO, CODL, CLDL, COCA, CLCA and DC, the “Retail Locations”), including the current brand for each Retail Location. Neither Alliance nor any Alliance Subsidiary owns any underground storage tank at any Retail Location other than those located at COCO, CLCO, CODL, CLDL, COCA or CLCA, except as otherwise set forth in Schedule 5.7(o).

Retail Locations. For the Lead and Assistant Merchandise Vendors at locations, it is agreed by both parties that they shall be scheduled to work all home games that location is scheduled to be utilized. The Employer shall notify the Lead and Assistant Merchandise Vendors at least three (3) days prior to the game if their attendance at the game will be optional. Likewise, any Lead or Assistant Vendor who is unable to work shall give the Employer at least three (3) days prior notice, except in the case of illness, injury or other emergency.
