Common use of Additional Permits Clause in Contracts

Additional Permits. 22.1. The Owner acknowledges that the Municipality by approving the Site Plans, and entering into this Agreement, does not relieve the Owner from the requirements of obtaining any permit or license that may be required by the Municipality, the County of ▇▇▇▇▇ or any other agency, including any provincially appointed regulatory body or Ministry, before the proposed development can proceed.
