Additional Parking. Pursuant to Section 13 of the Lease and in connection with the Parking Approval, Landlord hereby consents to Tenant’s construction of up to 85 parking spaces in addition to the Phase 2/3 Spaces in accordance with all the requirements of the Parking Approval.
