Common use of Additional Overtime Clause in Contracts

Additional Overtime. Rate paid to the performer from the 11th consecutive hour of recording. Thus, after the eight (8) hours included in the recording session, the 9th and 10th hours are paid at the overtime rate while the 11th hour and any consecutive additional hour are paid at the additional overtime rate.
