Common use of Additional Orders Clause in Contracts

Additional Orders. C&C shall submit any additional orders for SiC exceeding the minimum quantities set forth in Exhibit B at least ninety (90) days prior to the requested shipping date. Subject to the foregoing, Jesperator shall use all reasonable efforts to ship the requested SiC on or before the date requested by C&C in its order.
