Additional License and Ownership Provisions. 11.01 HHSC ADDITIONAL RIGHTS HHSC will have ownership and unlimited rights to use, disclose, duplicate, or publish all information and data developed, derived, documented, or furnished by Contractor under or resulting from the Contract.
