Common use of Additional Insured Endorsement Requirements Clause in Contracts

Additional Insured Endorsement Requirements. The Contractor shall name, on any policy of insurance required under this Article, the District, Architect, Inspector, the State of California, their officers, employees, agents and independent contractors as additional insureds.
