Additional Improvements. Tenant shall not be responsible for paying any increase in real property tax specified in the tax assessor’s records and work sheets as being caused by additional improvements placed upon the Office Building Project by other Tenants or by Landlord for the exclusive enjoyment of any other Tenant. Tenant shall, however pay to Landlord at the time that Operating Expenses are payable under paragraph 4.2(c) the entirety of any increase in real property tax if assessed solely by reason of additional improvements placed upon the Premises by Tenant or at Tenant’s request.
