ADDITIONAL DAY OFF (RDO. 30.1 Full-time and part-time employees who have completed a minimum three (3) months service will accrue one (1) rostered day off every month. This rostered day off will be scheduled on either a Monday or Friday at the managers date of choosing, unless otherwise agreed between the manager and employee. 30.2 Part time employee will receive pro rata day off based on the average hours worked in the month. 30.3 Employees are required to take additional day off each month on a day and hours they would otherwise be rostered to work. 30.4 Additional day’s off not used within the current financial year (July – June) will be reset on 1 July each year. Days do not accumulate over financial years. 30.5 Additional day off entitlement will not be provided to employees during notice periods of termination / resignation. 30.6 The additional day off is a discretionary day and will not accrue.
