Weeks Pay. One (1) week's pay for hourly rated employees is defined as the basic hourly rate x 40 hours or the specifically approved workweek. This rate excludes all forms of ancillary or special assignment pay.
Weeks Pay. If an employee resigns without giving two (2) weeks written notice, the employee shall forfeit entitlement to payment for unused sick leave credits, severance pay and retroactive pay, to a maximum of two (2) weeks pay, unless extenuating circumstances involving the employee’s immediate family exist.

Weeks Pay. When an employee retires, the Employer shall have the right to waive the employee's entitlement to Severance Pay and, in lieu thereof, grant an equivalent period of leave with pay.
Weeks Pay. In no case shall the total amount of severance pay exceed thirty (30) weeks’ pay, regardless of the number of times an employee is laid off.
