Weeks Pay. (b) If an employee resigns without giving two (2) weeks written notice, the employee shall forfeit entitlement to payment for unused sick leave credits, severance pay and retroactive pay, to a maximum of two (2) weeks pay, unless extenuating circumstances involving the employee’s immediate family exist.
Weeks Pay. One (1) week's pay for hourly rated employees is defined as the basic hourly rate x 40 hours or the specifically approved workweek. This rate excludes all forms of ancillary or special assignment pay.
Weeks Pay. Employees who accept separation pay under the provisions of this clause shall on so doing terminate their seniority and employment relationship with the Company and shall have no further rights under this Agreement or under any other Agreement between the signing parties. Weeks Pay. A weeks pay shall mean an employee’s normal rate of pay for an ordinary weeks work at the time of notice of redundancy. The normal rate of pay does not include overtime, or allowances that do not directly relate to a normal weeks wages.
