ADDITIONAL COSTS PAYABLE BY THE PURCHASER. 7.1 The Purchaser will be liable for payment of the costs of the electrical and water connection charges payable in respect of the Property as set out in Clause (e) of the Schedule, which amounts have been paid by the Developer to Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, for which the Developer is entitled to claim a refund from the Purchaser.
