Common use of ADDITIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES. 1. CONSULTANT shall notify the DISTRICT in writing of the need for Additional Services required due to circumstances beyond the CONSULTANT’s control. CONSULTANT shall obtain written authorization from the DISTRICT before rendering any Additional Services. The DISTRICT may also require CONSULTANT to perform additional services which are, in the DISTRICT’s discretion, necessary. Compensation for all Additional Services shall be negotiated and approved in writing by the DISTRICT before CONSULTANT performs such Additional Services. CONSULTANT shall not be entitled to any compensation for performing Additional Services that are not previously approved by the DISTRICT in writing. Additional Services may include:
