Additional Conferences Clause Samples

The 'Additional Conferences' clause establishes the right or obligation for parties to hold meetings beyond those already scheduled in the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which extra conferences may be called, who can request them, and the procedures for scheduling and conducting these meetings. Its core practical function is to provide a formal mechanism for ongoing communication and coordination, ensuring that parties can address emerging issues or changes in the project as needed.
