Common use of Additional Company Obligations Clause in Contracts

Additional Company Obligations. Throughout the term of this Agreement, without limiting any of its obligations under this Agreement, Company will: (a) be solely responsible for all use of the ID5 ID hereunder; (b) have obtained, and be deemed to have hereby granted to ID5, all rights necessary to allow ID5 to make the ID5 ID available to Company for use as contemplated hereunder and otherwise provide the ID5 ID Site Offering with respect to each of the Company Sites hereunder; and

Additional Company Obligations. Throughout the term of this Agreement, without limiting any of its obligations under this Agreement, Company will: (a) use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the ID5 ID Site Offering, and promptly notify ID5 if it becomes aware of any such unauthorized access or use; (b) be solely responsible for all use of the ID5 ID Site Offering hereunder (including, without limitation, all use of the ID5 IDs received from ID5 hereunder; and (bc) have obtained, and be deemed to have hereby granted to ID5, all rights necessary to allow ID5 to make the ID5 ID available to Company for use as contemplated hereunder and otherwise provide comply with the ID5 ID Site Offering with respect to each of the Company Sites hereunder; andRequirements.
