Additional Cardholders. The credit facility is available to person(s) that the Principal Cardholder includes as Additional Cardholder(s). Inclusion of a person as Additional Cardholder shall be SUBJECT TO: a) Written acceptance by the person of the terms and conditions of the Agreement; b) Compliance with the documentation and identification requirements requested by MMG; and c) Approval by MMG. Value of the transactions made with the Card issued to the Additional Cardholder(s) shall be charged to the account of the Principal Cardholder.
