ADDENDUM TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 2.1 Any addendum of some or all of these Terms and Conditions shall be issued, in writing, by the Purchaser, and by the Purchaser only, and shall be delivered to the Supplier in accordance with Article 30 hereof. All such addendum shall form part of this Agreement and all Products delivered, supplied and/or rendered thereafter shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions as amended thereby.
