Common use of ADDENDUM A Clause in Contracts

ADDENDUM A. Your Performance Share Units shall be subject to any additional provisions set forth in Addendum A to this Agreement for your country, if any. If you relocate to one of the countries included in Addendum A, the special provisions for such country shall apply to you, without your consent, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such provisions is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons. Addendum A constitutes part of this Agreement.
