Common use of ADDENDA Clause in Contracts

ADDENDA. Resident acknowledges that all addenda are considered to be a part of this Lease Contract. Any addendum referenced in this Lease Contract including, but not limited to, the Rules and Regulations, Guaranty of Resident Obligations (“Guaranty”), and all other addenda are hereby incorporated by reference as a part of this Lease Contract.
