Common use of Activity Clause in Contracts

Activity. 6.1 Activity Plan / Activity Management Plan Activity will be monitored over the lifetime of the contract, and once patient flows are established, an activity plan agreed with the Provider for any future contract. Some flexibility will be retained to allow for changes in service provision and patient choice. 6.2 Capacity Review Capacity will be reviewed alongside any Activity Plan when agreed.
