Activity Payment Schedule. A. Experience: 1. The co-curricular activity payment schedule shall provide experience increments of a maximum of six (6) years experience. Experience shall be granted at a rate of one (1) year experience for each year served as either an assistant or head advisor. 2. Experience must be in the activity for which the advisor is being hired. The District may recommend acceptance of experience in other areas if the District feels such experience is appropriate to the position under consideration.
