Common use of Activity Deemed a Nuisance Clause in Contracts

Activity Deemed a Nuisance. Management, in its sole and exclusive discretion, reserves the right to determine if conduct by Exhibitor or its agents, employees or officers, creates a nuisance. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, noise levels, odors, safety precautions, obscenity, humor and communications of any kind or nature. Exhibitor must immediately discontinue the conduct and remove the offending individuals or sources upon written notice from Management that said conduct constitutes a nuisance.
