Show Rules. Exhibitor, its officers, employees directors, agents, invitees and all persons acting under the control, direction and supervision of Exhibitor, shall strictly conform to and comply with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Show Rules which are identified as Exhibit “A”, and set forth on the attached pages.
