Activities Criteria Sample Clauses

The Activities Criteria clause defines the specific standards or requirements that certain activities must meet under the agreement. Typically, it outlines the conditions, qualifications, or benchmarks that must be satisfied for an activity to be considered compliant, such as safety protocols, performance metrics, or regulatory approvals. By clearly establishing these criteria, the clause ensures that all parties understand the expectations for acceptable conduct or performance, thereby reducing ambiguity and minimizing the risk of disputes over whether obligations have been properly fulfilled.
