ActiveKEY or DisplayKEY. Upon entering into this Agreement, Keyholder shall be required to pay the prorated System Fee and the activation fee (“Activation Fee”). If the ActiveKEY or DisplayKEY is lost, destroyed or damaged, UTCFS may replace the Key with a refurbished Key, which shall be completely compatible with the Service, and shall offer the same level of functionality as the Key previously provided to Keyholder. The cost for such replacement shall be: ActiveKEY - $249.00; DisplayKEY - $150.00 or DisplayKEY Cradle - $99.00. Upon execution of this Agreement, or at any time during the Term, Keyholder may elect to purchase Replacement Insurance. Such insurance shall only cover the ActiveKEY (including wall charger and USB cable but not the car charger if purchased by Keyholder) or the DisplayKEY (including the DisplayKEY Cradle).

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings.
