Activation and Monthly Fees. If applicable, Client shall pay a one-time Activation Fee and Monthly Fees as set forth on the Client Application. If Client does not implement the Service under this Agreement within six months after the Effective Date, other than due to a material breach by PNP, all unpaid fees that would have been assessed in the first year of the Term shall become immediately due and payable.
