Action in Force Clause Samples
The "Action in Force" clause defines when and how the terms of an agreement become effective and enforceable between the parties. Typically, this clause specifies the exact date or event that triggers the contract's obligations, such as upon signature by both parties or after a certain condition is met. By clearly establishing the commencement of contractual duties, the clause ensures that all parties understand when their rights and responsibilities begin, thereby preventing disputes over the timing of enforceability.
