Acting Assignment Pay. 91. 1. The Appointing Officer assigns duties to employees covered by this Agreement. Except for the exclusions set forth in section 2 below, employees assigned by the Appointing Officer or designated to perform the full range of essential functions of a position in a higher job code shall receive compensation at a higher salary if all of the following conditions are met:
