ACQUISITION AND RELOCATION. 3.1. For acquisition of real property for any activity assisted under this Contract which occurs on or after the date of the Contractor’s submission of its CDBG application to the County, the Contractor shall comply with Title III of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (hereinafter referred to as the Uniform Act) (42 USC, Sections 4601 - 4655) and the regulations at 24 C.F.R. 42.
