Acknowledged Construction Documents Clause Samples

The Acknowledged Construction Documents clause establishes that all parties involved in a construction project formally recognize and accept the set of documents that define the project's scope, specifications, and requirements. This typically includes blueprints, technical drawings, and written specifications, which are reviewed and agreed upon before work begins. By ensuring that everyone is working from the same, approved set of documents, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings, disputes, or errors arising from outdated or unapproved plans.
