Common use of Acknowledged Construction Documents Clause in Contracts

Acknowledged Construction Documents. The Job Order Contractor, in preparing any GMP Proposal, will obtain from the City two sets of signed, sealed, and dated Construction Documents (including all addenda) if such documents have been prepared. The Job Order Contractor will prepare its GMP Proposal in accordance with the City’s requirements most current completed Construction Documents at that time. The Job Order Contractor will ▇▇▇▇ the face of each document of each set upon which its GMP Proposal is based. The Job Order Contractor will send one set of those documents to the City Representative and keep one set.
