Acknowledged Construction Documents. The Construction Manager, in preparing any GMP Proposal, will obtain from the Project Designers three sets of signed, sealed, and dated Construction Documents (including all addenda). The Construction Manager will prepare its GMP Proposal in accordance with the City’s requirements most current completed Construction Documents at that time.
