Final Terms have the relevant Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus or Securities Note (or relevant parts thereof, as the case may be) attached thereto;
Principal Terms Capitalized terms, first appearing in quotations in this Section, elsewhere in the Lease or any Exhibits, are definitions of such terms as used in the Lease and Exhibits and shall have the defined meaning whenever used.
Extended Terms The Term of this Agreement may be extended by the Manager if the Resident applies in writing for an “Extension” in accordance with the Managers published policies about Term Extensions. Extensions are subject to availability. Priority will be given to Residents travelling from great distances, who demonstrate a special need, or who are enrolled in orientation or academic programs that begin early or continue beyond the Residence Term. Extensions may also be granted for any ‘Early Move-In’, ‘Late Move-Out’ or ‘Summer Residence’ programs offered by the Manager. Residents granted Extensions are subject to the fees detailed in Table 3. Any Resident found occupying a Room outside of the Term without approval from the Manager are subject to additional fees over and above those detailed in Table 3. RENTAL TERMS With respect to the terms of the rental:
Special Terms Terms defined in this Schedule 1 shall have the same meanings when used throughout this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the terms set out in the various Schedules, the Schedules shall prevail in the order in which they appear in the Agreement. For the purposes of the provision of the Services and any Goods, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail over any other terms and conditions issued by the British Council (whether on a purchase order or otherwise).

No Additional Terms No shrink-wrap, click-acceptance or other terms and conditions outside this Agreement provided with any Licensed Materials or any part thereof (“Additional Terms”) will be binding on Buyer or its Users, even if use of the Licensed Materials, or any part thereof, requires an affirmative “acceptance” of such Additional Terms before access to or use of the Licensed Materials, or any part thereof, is permitted. All such Additional Terms will be of no force or effect and will be deemed rejected by Buyer in their entirety. For clarity, the Software, Subscription type (AMI or SaaS), fee structure (Entitlement Pricing or Metered Pricing), technical requirements for use of the Software, Support Services, as well as any information regarding Open Source Software set forth or referenced in the Standard Contract Listing or Documentation, are not Additional Terms subject to this Section.
