The account team structure that TekPartners will leverage once selected; each of the roles and how they interact provides redundancies to ensure that everyone assigned to the State of Florida team is working together to bring seamless predictable results to each of the State agencies and on each opportunity. The role of Executive Sponsor will be occupied by ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, President. ▇▇▇ graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida. He has been with TekPartners for over 14 years, has been in the IT industry for over 23 years, and is a member of the firm’s executive committee. ▇▇▇ oversees all of TekPartners recruiting and sales teams. ▇▇▇ will be an integral part of the escalation process and will participate in Quarterly account reviews at our client’s site. ▇▇▇ is empowered to make any decision on behalf of TekPartners to ensure that every desired outcome is achieved at the State of Florida. The role of our Florida Program Leader will be fulfilled by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇ is an industry veteran, with over 11 years in IT, 9 of which with TekPartners, and leads the South Florida Market as one of the largest and fastest growing firms in the state of Florida. ▇▇▇▇ graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD, in 2003. ▇▇▇▇ reports directly to ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and will ensure that we have completely profiled the various state agencies and are properly aligned from a resource perspective, both in numbers and in tenure, to guarantee the State of Florida’s success. Under ▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇’s leadership, TekPartners has been honored with several awards including; Best Places to Work (Staffing Industry Analysts), Fastest Growing US Staffing Firm (2018), Inavero’s 2015 Best of Staffing Talent Diamond Award. This particular award is determined solely by the consultants that deliver the solutions to our clients. Client engagement and the obtaining a thorough understanding of each agency and department within each agency is the role of our Account Managers. TekPartners Account Managers will develop agency profiles as well as individual departmental profiles. The departmental profile outlines the history of the department, organizational structure, specific function, budget information as well as an evaluation of Human Capital requirements, whether driven by specific projects that are upcoming or ongoing as well as understanding where traditional backfills may be needed. As projects or specific requirements are discussed, our account managers communicate directly with the TekPartners recruiting teams, both local and at our Rapid Response Center to prioritize the recruiting efforts, communicate timelines, establish interview dates and times as necessary and lastly to provide a final review and discussion with any qualified candidates that are being considered for presentation to the State of Florida Agency.
