Common use of Accommodation and Conveniences Clause in Contracts

Accommodation and Conveniences. The employer shall supply for the use of his/her employees the following:- 11.1.1 At rest periods and at meal times, an adequate and proper supply of boiling water in clean receptacles. The employer shall provide tea, coffee, milk and sugar at prescribed rest periods and meal breaks. 11.1.2 A sufficient supply of wholesome, cool drinking water. 11.1.3 An enclosed dining room with adequate table and seating accommodation therein. 11.1.4 A suitable rest room in each factory, shop workroom or place.
