Accession to the Agreement. 56.1 Accession of the beneficiaries mentioned in the Preamble The other beneficiaries must accede to the Agreement by signing the Accession Form (see Annex 3) in the electronic exchange system (see Article 52), within 30 days after its entry into force (see Article 58). They will assume the rights and obligations under the Agreement with effect from the date of its entry into force (see Article 58). If a beneficiary does not accede to the Agreement within the above deadline, the coordinator must — within 30 days — request an amendment to make any changes necessary to ensure proper implementation of the action. This does not affect the Agency’s right to terminate the Agreement (see Article 50).
