Access to Stored Vehicles. During regular business hours, Contractor/Service Provider must, except as provided in Subsection L below, make vehicles stored at the request of the City available to that registered owner, a person who can be verified to be the registered owner’s agent, insurance agents, insurance adjusters, or representatives of automotive repair businesses for the purpose of estimating or appraising damages.
