Common use of Access to Source Code Clause in Contracts

Access to Source Code. During the Term of this License and upon Customer’s request, Bonitasoft shall provide Customer a copy of the then-current, complete source code for the Bonitasoft Software, along with such documentation and programmer’s notes so as to enable a reasonably skilled programmer to maintain and compile the Bonitasoft Software, subject to the provisions of Section 13 of this Agreement.
