Common use of Access to Source Code Clause in Contracts

Access to Source Code. The Manager and such contractors as it may retain shall have complete access to all source code included in the Software and (to the extent that the Venture obtains ownership of or access to any source code included in the Venture Technology) the Venture Technology for all purposes within the scope of the license rights granted hereby, subject only to the confidentiality provisions of Section 6 hereof.
