Common use of ACCESS TO SERVER Clause in Contracts

ACCESS TO SERVER. HostDime shall grant the Customer reasonable access to the premise of Customer's server 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, given the Customer does not have any past due invoices. The first name, last name, and data of birth listed within the Customer's Core profile MUST match their government issued state ID, license, or passport. If there is no match, facility access will be refused.
